Agnetha's stalker being hunted by the BBC for documentary

LONDON.

BBC are making a documentary about Agnetha Fältskog, 61, and her stalker Gert Van Der Graaf.

- We want to interview Van Der Graaf said Stephanie Haddad who is working with the documentary.

The television documentary that will premiere in France in January next year will be about celebrity stalkers. A large part of the program will be about Agnetha Fältskog and her stalker Gert Van Der Graaf.

"Waiting for approval"

The French production company that is making the documentary is waiting for approval to interview the Dutchman.

- We are awaiting a decision from the BBC in London. We must have their permission. They are our owner says Stephanie Haddad.

Eight minutes of the 52-minute documentary will be devoted to the ABBA star. Neither Agnetha Fältskog nor any other ABBA member will be involved in the documentary.

Part of her private life
Haddad explains why they want to talk to Van Der Graaf.
- It is interesting that Agnetha Fältskog had a relationship with her stalker. He was part of her private life, says Haddad.

ABBA star Agnetha Fältskog and Dutchman Gert van der Graaf hada two-year relationship in the late 1990's.
The Dutchman refused to recognize that the relationship was over and started stalking her. He was arrested for instance when he tried to break into the ABBA star's villa on Ekerö. Before that a restraining order had been issued and he was later deported after harrassing the singer.
